Yes. We need a flat, stable area to safely set up the pump and extend the outriggers. The pump cannot be set up outside of 3 degrees from level, so ground conditions and available space matter. Safe truck access is also important. A proper setup area helps prevent delays and supports a safer, smoother pour.
